Our lock is a device that fits on the thumb-turn of the entrance lock and only recognizes locking and unlocking with the thumb-turn. Locking and unlocking with the lever handle cannot be synchronized with the lock, the lock status on the app may differ from the actual lock, and a multi-point lock cannot be supported.
