My Bot's arm broke, what should I do?

If it is within the warranty period of one year from the date of purchase, we will exchange it. Please log in to the SwitchBot app → Profile → Help & Feedback → Feedback. To confirm the problem, it would be helpful if you could provide the following information when contacting us. 

• Daily usage 
• wall switch pictures
• A video of the bot pushing a switch (if it works)
