  • Applicable Products: SwitchBot Bot, Motion Sensor, Contact Sensor, Lock, Keypad, Keypad Touch, Meter (Plus), Blind Tilt, Curtain
  • SwitchBot App Version: V6.24 or newer 

1. If no SwitchBot products with hub functionality are added to your SwitchBot account, or if they are added but no SwitchBot Bluetooth devices are detected within their  Bluetooth range, the SwitchBot App will show a Bluetooth icon on the upper right corner of the SwitchBot Bluetooth devices.

Products with hub function: SwitchBot Hub Mini / Ceiling Light / Ceiling Light Pro

2. If a SwitchBot product with hub function is in your SwitchBot account and a SwitchBot Bluetooth device is detected, the cloud service can be turned on, and a cloud icon will appear on the upper right corner of the SwitchBot Bluetooth device, even if you are using only a Bluetooth connection.

In that case, please check the status of "Cloud Services" in the device's settings page to see if the cloud service is actually on or off.
