1. When offline, the Keypad/Keypad Touch already paired to the Lock will be greyed out in the "Device Paired" section of the Settings screen and cannot be unpaired. If you try to delete the Keypad/Keypad Touch by long-pressing it on the home screen, you will get the error shown in the picture below. In that case, please delete the Lock from your account, then the pairing will be automatically disabled, and you will be able to delete the Keypad/Keypad Touch.


2. If you report a loss in the "Device Paired" section of the Keypad/Keypad Touch settings page, the information linked to the Lock will be erased and can be deleted.

3. Please contact us by logging into the SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Feedback. Our technical team will help remove it. Please provide us with the following information when you contact us.

  • BLE MAC (check-in Settings -> "Device Info")
