  • Firmware Version: V6.5 or newer
Please make sure that your SwitchBot app and SwitchBot Lock firmware are updated to the latest versions.
  1. Please refer to the below video to calibrate SwitchBot Lock first.
    In the unlock step(13s-15s of the video), if no pop-up asks you about the key, please try the calibration again.
    And during the unlock process, please turn the Lock knob a little more than the angle of the unlock point(please finish this within three seconds). 
  2. After the calibration, please refer to the images below to set the unlock time for your device. You can check here if you want to view walkthrough videos explaining this process.

3. If you still cannot see this function in your SwitchBot Lock device settings, we would ask that you submit feedback via our app regarding your issue.


Please note: this function is only available for SwitchBot Lock (EU).
