Please prepare your accessory reset pin in advance.
*If the reset pin is lost, a substitute such as a needle can be used.
Make sure that the SwitchBot Pan Tilt Cam 2K is powered.
Make sure the device is not registered to another SwitchBot account; resetting your device can not be performed if the device is still associated with another account.
Please insert the reset pin into the reset hole on the back of your Pan Tilt Cam 2K and press and hold for 5 seconds.
A sound should emit, and a red light will turn on for about 45 seconds, then it will blink, and pairing will be possible again.
