1. If you have another charging adapter or cable, please test it and see if the problem is resolved.

2. Please reset the Camera to see if it helps. After resetting, you will hear an audible tone ( depending on the type of your product), then the indicator light will go from red to flashing for about 20 to 45 seconds. Please wait for a while until it stops blinking.
