  • Firmware Version: 6.5 or newer
  1. Make sure you are using the latest version of our App.
  2. Make sure your SwitchBot Lock is added to your SwitchBot account.
  3. Update your firmware by using the below.
  • Click the link, enter your SwitchBot account, and submit.
  • Open the SwitchBot app and wait for the new firmware to be pushed to your account.
  • Firmware version 6.5 will be automatically pushed to your App in about 30 seconds. You can update by simply tapping Update.
  • If you find that no firmware is pushed to your account, please contact our support team.
  1. When replacing batteries, please make sure the model used is CR123A 3V/1500mAh.
