1. Please make sure you have the latest version of the SwitchBot App.

2. If the update does not proceed (e.g., stuck at 10%) when pairing, please charge the faulty curtain once for an hour, then press and hold the button on the device for at least 45 seconds with the power plugged in (LED light blinks fast→ lights up→ turns off) to return the device to its fully shipped state. After initialization, please pair the device again.

3. If the firmware version update fails for a curtain device that has already been added, please press and hold for 45s before updating the firmware version as well.

4. If the above methods do not solve the problem, please contact us by logging into the SwitchBot App, clicking on "Profile," and then clicking on "Feedback." We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the following information when you contact us.

  • The video of long press the button at least 45 seconds
