  • SwitchBot App Version: V6.20 or newer

1. Open the SwtichBot App.

2. Tap profile.

3. Tap Feedback.

4. Tap the letter icon in the upper right corner.

5. In the "My Tickets" list, here you can see the tickets you have submitted in the past.


Read tickets are gray in date and will become red when a reply is received by customer service.

We are unable to delete past tickets at this time.
